A: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

A: Shipping is calculated at time of check out. Standard shipping is via UPS ground or USPS priority mail.

A: Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority, and you should receive your order within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

A: Discount or promotional codes cannot be combined. We will always honor the better discount for your purchase.

A: We accept most major credit cards and Meta Pay. We also offer payment via Klarna to buy now and pay later with no interest or fees. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

A: We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

A: We’re sorry you didn’t love your Urban Dog Stars product! To start a return, you can contact us at hello@urbandogstars.com If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For U.S. customers, please use USPS for the return. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
